My journey as a renal specialist started over 20 years ago, when I first worked at Georgetown University Hospital in a kidney dialysis clinic. As I gained expertise, I learned that kidney disease progression can be slowed or even stopped - I then changed my career path to focus on Kidney Health.
For the past 15 years I have focused on chronic kidney diseaseprevention. As my experience with patients grew so did the growing body of nutrition-related research which further demonstrated how crucial diet can be to prevent or delay kidney disease.
Kidney disease is very individual, patients deserve a board-certified renal dietitian to manage their health. I offer my expertise to you through my books, in-person, phone or video counseling.
